Over the last ten years Pro Turf has grown alongside the burgeoning synthetic turf business and today boasts the most knowledgeable and highly-qualified installation crews available in the industry. To date, Pro Turf has completed over 300 installations, averaging 40+ athletic fields in the last two years, including over 1.9 million square feet of turf installed in 2005. Although Pro Turf is primarily an installation company, our team brings over half a century of combined excavation experience to each individual project and has repeatedly saved our customers tens of thousands of dollars through consultations on how to work with their existing sub-base. He was first introduced to the synthetic turf business when he was hired to build a base for a field in Colorado, and ended up installing the turf as well. Recognizing that synthetic turf was the wave of the future he established Professional Turf Solutions in 1996 and began subcontracting to all the major turf companies as the turf installer. Today Dale and his team work directly with clients in order to minimize corporate overhead, ensuring the highest quality work at the lowest possible cost. Dale personally oversees each and every job to ensure Pro Turf's fields are installed with the utmost integrity and attention to detail. Scott Collett Installation Director Scott Collett has over 25 years of experience in excavation and works onsite during the entire installation process. Pro Turf is a family owned and operated business, ensuring a hands-on, personal touch in our business operations and interaction with clients. Doug Norby Director of Sales & Marketing Doug Norby operates Pro Turf's sister company, Home Country Club, out of Grants Pass, Oregon. Doug moved to the Pacific Northwest from the Los Angeles, California area and has been in the turf industry for over 10 years as an installer of synthetic putting greens and lawns for commercial and residential use. Doug is also a co-owner of a golf course in Oregon and manages the sales and marketing efforts for several golf-related businesses. Roger Krietemeier Manager of Sales and Communication Roger Krietemeier has over 10 years of experience in the turf industry. Roger interfaces with clients to ensure good communication and seamless interaction. Rich Holmes Installation Director Rich has been working for PTS for 8 years installing turf and leading the same enthusiastic crew. The attention and dedication that he and his constant, reliable crew pays to quality installation is unsurpassed. They make sure the end product is second to none, being proud to give the community/client a top-notch athletic field. Kendra Holmes Business Operations Manager Kendra Holmes has 9 years experience in managing and organizing bicycle and ski races, from small events (under 250 participants) to large (2500+ participants), from local to World Cups. Kendra left the world of racing and came on board in '06 to help with the family business managing logistics and general public relations. Emily McGrath Logistics & Office Manager Emily Muth graduated from the University of Colorado in Boulder in '03 and has been assisting Kendra in the management of events. She now assists in the day-to-day management of Pro Turf operations as well as on-site logistics. Installation Crews Pro Turf has five installation crews with each crew member having at least three years of experience installing turf. Our crews travel site-to-site -- from Washington to Texas to Pennsylvania to Minnesota and back again! -- ensuring that our clients' fields are installed by experts, not a locally hired crew.
